Our services
Our agile coaches support you as your partners and mentors on the path to agility and are always ready to inspire and empower you. We support teams and organisations in the introduction of agile methods – from training in agile principles, guidance in process implementation, promotion of agile mindsets, conflict resolution in the team through to continuous improvement. With our proven Agile Authority Check, we can quickly assess the maturity level of your organisation or agile projects and suggest and implement suitable measures to optimise effectiveness, communication and collaboration in agile environments.
Scaling agile frameworks and implementing Scrum practices are just the beginning. We continuously adapt these methods to meet your individual needs. Our SAFe Programme Consultants, Scrum Masters and Product Owners help from introduction to regular operation.
In agile business analysis, we analyse user stories to ensure that the software meets the needs of the users. Our agile business analysts play a central role in planning and implementation, working closely with stakeholders, defining requirements, refining user stories, creating acceptance criteria and providing continuous feedback to improve the product.
Agile release management deals with the regular publication of new software updates at short intervals. The tasks include planning, coordination, prioritisation of features, collaboration with teams, testing and provision of new releases. Our agile experts help you to react quickly to changes and continuously create added value for users.
We take over the implementation and coordination of your test processes in the agile development team to ensure that the delivery artefacts meet the requirements. This includes test planning, creation, execution, reporting and collaboration with developers to rectify errors.
