Our services
Our agile coaches support you as your partners and mentors on the path to agility and are always ready to inspire and empower you. In agile business analysis, we analyse user stories to ensure that the software meets the needs of the users. Our agile business analysts play a central role in planning and implementation, working closely with stakeholders, defining requirements, refining user stories, creating acceptance criteria and providing continuous feedback to improve the product.
Agile release management deals with the regular publication of new software updates at short intervals. The tasks include planning, coordination, prioritisation of features, collaboration with teams, testing and provision of new releases. Agile development of a web component for customer search on bank and sales workstations and provision of a modular module that can be connected to other systems via an API interface.

A customer search device is required both at the bank workstation and in sales so that the bank advisor is able to find and identify a customer in the database of the relevant bank and support them in technical processes.

Agile development of an interface for recording the legitimisation data of new and existing customers that is simple and intuitive to use.
Assignment
As part of the digitalisation offensive, our client in the financial sector is implementing new sales and service processes at the digital customer interface on a state-of-the-art and open platform. The networking of all sales channels – digital, hybrid and traditional face-to-face – provides bank customers with an outstanding customer experience.
To achieve this, the “Capture legitimisation” banking process was developed. Existing legitimisation processes are to be consolidated and centralised in order to avoid additional work.

Agile development of a functionality for obtaining authorisations for contract and condition changes in the banking environment.
Assignment
Since the BGH ruling of 27 April 2021 (case no. XI ZR 26/20), changes to charges require the active consent of the customer. This generally applies to amendments to the Special Terms and Conditions (SondB) and the General Terms and Conditions. Banks are obliged to obtain the active consent of their customers to the General Terms and Conditions, the Special Terms and Conditions and the List of Prices and Services (PLV). In accordance with the statutory provisions, there must be a period of at least two months and one day between the bank’s offer to make the change, including the provision of the information on a durable medium, and the change taking effect. This two-month period also applies to face-to-face transactions, even if the customer has given his or her voluntary consent. If the customer does not consent within this period, the change cannot be implemented and the original fee remains in place. If consent is not given, the old conditions continue to apply.
Our task was to develop software for obtaining consent for these changes to contracts and conditions.
